Agreement for Online Consultation
This document serves as a formal agreement between you, the “Service User,” and BMY Health, herein referred to as “the Service Provider,” setting forth the terms under which our online public health and research consultation services are provided.
Service Overview
BMY Health consultants provide services related to enhancing research capabilities, addressing public health challenges, or developing and analyzing health-related programs. Our approach is collaborative, utilizing evidence-based strategies and customized advice to help you achieve your specific objectives.
Technical and Environmental Requirements
A reliable internet connection and a device capable of supporting video calls are necessary for online consultations. A private space that is conducive to confidential discussion is also recommended.
Session Details
To make the most of our consultation sessions, we encourage you to come prepared with any relevant questions or topics for discussion.
Session Recordings
All sessions are automatically recorded on computer of the service provider for official records. You can choose to keep your video camera off according to your preference.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We prioritize your right to confidentiality and privacy. Any information/ data shared and
recorded within the scope of our consultations is protected and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law or under specific conditions such as:
- Instances of potential harm to you or
- Cases involving the mistreatment of vulnerable
- Legal obligations such as court
Code of Ethics
You will support us in maintaining an environment free from disrespect, harassment, and will treat others in a way that does not harm them emotionally or mentally through bullying, intimidating, or threatening.
Policy on Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To avoid charges, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Contact our support team directly for any urgent adjustments.
Billing Information
Payments for consultations are processed post-session. Should you require an invoice for any reason, please inform us, and it will be provided.

By utilizing BMY Health’s online consultation services, you are agreeing to the conditions outlined in this document, acknowledging the potential benefits and limitations of such services.
