The Research Mentoring Program is a hands-on learning experience jointly organized by BMY Health Canada and Pakistan. It combines online research workshops with practical internships. Participants will engage in structured training, covering both theoretical and applied aspects of research in clinical and public health domains. Each group of five interns will complete a research project under mentorship, with the goal of publication. Successful interns will receive certificates, and top performers may earn a scholarship based on merit.

- Week 1This Research Collaboration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between BMY Health ("Organization ") and the undersigned collaborator ("Collaborator"), collectively referred to as "Parties," to establish the terms and conditions under which research projects will be conducted in collaboration.6
Participants will gain skills in research methodology, data analysis, ethical research practices, teamwork, and communication.
Yes, participants will receive guidance on writing research papers and submitting manuscripts to journals.
The program equips healthcare professionals with research skills that are in high demand, which can advance their careers.
Besides a certificate, participants' names will be published as BMY Health interns, and they will have their research credited.
Requirements
- Health Care Professional or student from any healthcare field internationally.
- Interested in research learning and making research publications.
- Available for 3/4 months training, 4-5 hours per week on average.
- Available for biweekly meetings around 9- 11 am Pacific Standard Time.
- Willing to work with diverse teams .Having cultural competence

- The mentoring program is to facilitate hands-on training in research through supervision of interns’ research projects. At the end of 15 weeks interns are expected to come up with their publication as a group. The scope of research includes Primary Research (original research including Cross-sectional/ cohort/ case control design in clinical research, mixed method design in public health research, or Secondary Research (but not systematic reviews or meta-analysis).
